We are thinking of releasing The Infernalist in episodes. We believe that, given our resources, that is the best approach to have the product ready to share with the gaming community soon enough, and often enough, while minimizing the risks with the content’s relevance. Moreover, public reception is very important for us. We believe that this approach will keep the product on the right track and make sure we don’t disappoint the game’s fan base. Our vision for the game is MASSIVE! We have big plans. We believe the story is amazing, and the journey exciting. We truly believe in the product and we want it to succeed. This game is born from the minds of talented game developers, with a thirst for top-quality entertainment experiences. We want to give back that expectation to the world and build a game that will make ourselves proud and our audience astonished as they experience it first hand. We’re committed to this journey, and we’re confident that we’re going to reach our goal in due time. The Infernalist is influenced by other games that our team has played… ever since we started gaming. I like to avoid naming them or comparing The Infernalist with other video games, for the pure reason of not raising false expectations. We’re not a AAA game studio and the game, as much as we want, can’t be AAA. We simply don’t have the resources to build a AAA product and we’re conscious and open about it. At the same time, what we do, we want to do right, and there’s a lot of passion poured into our product. As I mentioned at the beginning of this series, our main focus is to create an immersive adventure that you will enjoy. A game that when you complete, you’ll still remember as being a great one as years go by.
